Quantum Device Lab

– University of Oklahoma

Quantum Device Laboratory (QDL) at OU is working on quantum engineered semiconductor structures in sub-nanometer scale for realizing functional devices and sub-systems with support from NSF, DoD, and DoE.

Featured Interband Cascade Laser (ICL) Report

The Lab members are active and have done great works. The Lab holds many world’s record, for example, the longest ICL achieves 14.4um benefiting from innovative active region design and the shortest ICL near 2.4um using the advanced waveguide design.
